Phil Spruell has 32 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career in 1978 with Baroid as a mud engineer. He has worked in various aspects of the drilling fluids business, including Field Service Manager at Dowell Schlumberger and Account Manager for Francis Drilling Fluids. In 2009 he went to work with Crescent Drilling & Production, Inc. in Business Development. He is responsible for securing new accounts and developing existing accounts. He is also responsible for creating and implementing marketing sales strategies. He is a member of American Association of Drilling Engineers.
