Crescent Drilling & Production Inc. (CD&P), formed in November 1997, offers engineering services to cover all functions required for an Operator to successfully manage onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico properties.
Specifically, CD&P can provide engineering services for project management, drilling, completion, workover, coil tubing, wireline/electric line, snubbing, well maintenance, construction, and field development in order to successfully develop properties. CD&P also provides engineering services for decommissioning platforms and plug & abandonment operations.
Crescent Drilling Foreman, Inc. (CDF), established in 2001, is 100% wholly owned by Crescent Drilling & Production, Inc. CDF can provide an Operator with experienced well-site supervisors and clerk/expeditor services as well as shore-based dispatchers for all phases of drilling, completion, workover, remedial work, and operations for both onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico properties (shelf and deepwater). Well-site supervision for decommissioning and plug & abandonment services is also offered. Our foremen are highly-trained, self-motivated individuals with a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to meet the challenges and needs of the industry. All CDF well-site supervisors maintain current IADC Well Control certification.
